Anything But Quiet is a women’s a cappella ensemble singing in the central PA area since 2013. They love to sing and share music with the local community. Audiences listen to nostalgic songs like Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy and Mr. Sandman, enjoy popular music from decades past and present, like Time After Time and Royals, savor the sublime harmonies of arrangements by a cappella groups like Pentatonix and the Swingles, and feel empowered by women’s music, like You Don’t Own Me and Comin’ Into My Years. From lullabies to Broadway, there’s music for everyone!
Anything But Quiet was founded by director Alissa Plant. Other members of the ensemble include Kim Hollich, Kat Anderson, Janee Robinson, Amber Shearer, and Anmarie Jezorski, all from the central PA area. Bios.
All profits from singing engagements are donated to local charities, such as food banks and animal shelters.
